Stellar Medical Group is seeking a compassionate, clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive adult care in our internal medicine practice. We’re looking for someone who combines strong clinical judgment with a personal approach—listening carefully, explaining clearly, and building lasting relationships with patients.

In this role, you will help adults manage acute concerns, navigate chronic conditions, and take an active role in their health. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care that reflects each patient’s needs and goals.

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients, including preventive visits, acute illness evaluations, and chronic disease follow-up.
• Obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage conditions commonly seen in internal medicine, including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, and other chronic illnesses.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests, explain results, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments within your licensure and scope of practice.
• Educate patients about their conditions, medications, preventive screenings, and lifestyle choices.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists to support continuity of care.
• Support patients following hospital discharge through medication reconciliation and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Contribute to quality improvement and a respectful, collaborative clinical environment.

• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner appropriate to the patient population.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensure in [State], or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Prescriptive authority and DEA registration, as applicable to the position.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Clear communication, dependable follow-through, and a commitment to compassionate care.
• Comfort caring for patients from diverse backgrounds and those with multiple chronic conditions.
• Experience in outpatient internal medicine or adult primary care preferred.
